Hiya peeps,

I know this is short notice but I've got a hole in my schedule and have decided to use the time to head into the city before the birds wake up for a bit of a wander and to watch the city wake up. If you're interested in joining me (and who ever else decides to show up on the day) then I'll be at Federation Square at 5.30am SATURDAY 17 May. You're welcome to come along with or without a camera... if you're a model then you are also welcome to come along! The more the merrier.

It's going to be very relaxed so fun should yeld some great results.

Onto other things... I did a shoot with devildoll and Miss Nic recently for the Devil Doll clothing range. We spent about 5-6 hours in the city and came away with some fantastic results. I have been wanting to shoot some Devil Doll stuff even before I moved to Melbourne so it's been quite an enjoyable experience for me to get this job done. I'm more than happy with the results as well which is a nice little bonus.


Additional to this shoot, LIP Magazine is planning on doing an article with Devil Doll and wants to include some of the images from the recent shoot into the articles... I'm sure there will be more info on this as it gets closer to being published though.

Speaking of Lip Magazine, Disenchanted has recently been put on the books (so to speak) and I am now the 'Staff Photographer" for them. This will mean that I'll be getting regular images published and some influence into articles etc. I have my first cover being published later this month or early next month which I am very excited about too. when I have the PDF file (tear sheets) I'll post them up and show you all but they are still being tweaked by the tweaking guys, so until then...

If there are any events coming up that you think might be appropriate to cover (both photographs and/or articles) send me a message and I'll look into it. Also, if you've got a fashion label or anything like that and are looking for a little exposure message me as well and I'll see what I can do.

The Disenchanted website update is coming along really well now. I seem to be on a roll and I don't think there is going to be too much more of a delay before you can troll through it. Disenchanted now also has a blog which you are welcome to visit, read, comment if the urge hits you.
